As per the data from Santiment, the other key names on the list include Optimism, Cosmos, Solana, Arbitrum, Polkadot, Cardano, and Gnosis. However, the declining developer activity across the prominent blockchains underscores the likely challenges that they are facing to sustain liquidity and growth.
