DMCI HOMES has completed the turnover of the North Tower of The Oriana in Quezon City, marking progress in its transit-oriented residential strategy near key rail corridors in Metro Manila.
The project is positioned along Aurora Boulevard between Katipunan Avenue and Cubao, placing residents near the LRT-2 line via Anonas and Katipunan stations and future access to the planned Metro Manila Subway.
In a statement posted on its website, DMCI Homes said the location is designed to support commuter demand, with proximity to major transport infrastructure shaping its residential appeal.
The Oriana sits on a 9,314-square-meter site and forms part of a two-tower development. The North Tower rises 54 residential floors with seven basement levels allocated for parking.
The tower was launched in April 2021 and offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units ranging from 29 to 81.5 square meters, priced between P4.58 million and P10.16 million.
DMCI Homes said amenities include a basketball court, swimming pools, coworking spaces, lounges, a sky promenade, a sky patio, picnic areas, and a game room, reflecting its focus on integrated residential facilities.
The Oriana features a sky bridge connecting the North and South Towers, allowing residents access to shared rooftop amenities.
Pre-selling units remain available, with payment schemes starting at about P16,000 per month, according to the company.
DMCI Homes also plans to open four model units, with two scheduled in June and the remainder in the third quarter. — Juliana Chloe A. Gonzales
